This one-day workshop covers the use of the MBTI® instrument in one-to-one development discussions. For those involved in coaching or development planning sessions, this workshop enables you to harness the MBTI tool to help others to identify how their preferences can impact upon their performance.

Content

• Incorporate the MBTI istrument into development processes
• Integrate the MBTI instrument into a coaching model and deliver effective development planning sessions
• Understand how your own preferences can impact upon your own coaching style
• Apply the MBTI instrument in helping managers with the challenges of leadership, communication and managing transitions

Prerequisites

To attend this workshop you must have successfully completed one of the following:

• MBTI Qualifying workshop
• MBTI Conversion workshop
• Level B workshop with OPP
