This two-day workshop will enable you to take the MBTI® tool to the next level of team building by focusing on developing a deeper understanding of individual types in teams.

Designed for those who already have experience of applying the MBTI instrument in team settings, this course will enable you to work with ongoing team performance needs.

Content

• Understand and practice applying more in-depth aspects of type to facilitating team issues
• Help teams apply their awareness of type appropriately to their ongoing issues
• Apply MBTI team building to different types of teams including virtual teams and dysfunctional teams
• Gain insight into organisational culture

Delegates will also learn more advanced facilitation skills e.g. making deeper interventions with the team with awareness of the influence of one's own type on facilitation style.

Prerequisites

To attend this workshop you must have successfully completed one of the following:

• MBTI Qualifying workshop
• MBTI Conversion workshop
• Level B workshop with OPP

Delegates must also:

• Have a working knowledge of type dynamics
• Know how to do a team type analysis
• Have experience of facilitating team exercises using the MBTI instrument
• Bring a case study of a team that they have worked with or will be working with in the near future
