In addition to our core team of permanent consultants, OPP has access to a range of specialist associates. They work primarily in our Learning and Consultancy groups and are a valued part of our extended team. As such, all associates are fully inducted into the company.

The majority of our associates are qualified occupational psychologists or have extensive experience in applying psychology in the workplace. Coming from a range of backgrounds and specialisms, our associates perform an essential role and give us a great degree of flexibility. Most are experienced users of one or more of the MBTI®, 16PF® and FIRO-B® instruments and have worked with all levels of people within organisations, as well as possessing one-to-one experience.

OPP is always on the look-out for the best associates in the industry to join the team, and offers competitive day rates for the right people. We are also interested in associates who are French, Danish, Dutch, Belgian nationals, with a similar background or associates who are able to deliver in a language other than English.
