- Developing practical coaching skills that are based upon an understanding of psychological principles

- Fieldwork practice and completing a reflective practice log to be reviewed at the one-day follow-up
Prerequisites
Delegates need not be qualified in the use of psychometric instruments as they can receive feedback on the MBTI® and 16PF® questionnaires prior to the course if necessary. This will provide sufficient knowledge of the instruments to understand their role in the coaching process.
