  • Developing practical coaching skills that are based upon an understanding of psychological principles

  • Using psychometric instruments effectively in coaching
  • Raising the coach's self-awareness of their own interpersonal style and preferences and the implications of these on the coaching process
  • Applying coaching to three key areas of people management:
    1: Developing and retaining talent

  • Fieldwork practice and completing a reflective practice log to be reviewed at the one-day follow-up

Prerequisites

Delegates need not be qualified in the use of psychometric instruments as they can receive feedback on the MBTI® and 16PF® questionnaires prior to the course if necessary. This will provide sufficient knowledge of the instruments to understand their role in the coaching process.
