Oxford/London

OPP® Ltd delivers solutions that optimise the effectiveness of individuals, teams and organisations. Through our consulting services and a portfolio of world-leading psychometric products, OPP has helped many of Europe’s leading organisations improve their operational performance. OPP is a growing, stable mid-sized company with offices in Oxford, Amsterdam, Brussels, Copenhagen, Dublin, Paris and a subsidiary in the US.

We are looking for two Lead Trainers to join our friendly and successful training team. We are looking for one Oxford based trainer, where our offices are located and another to be home-based in London, but able to travel to Oxford as needed, to meet our growing demand for training delivery in and around London. In both cases, you will be responsible for delivering a range of our leading psychometric qualification courses, as well as potentially having opportunities for course management.

We are looking for a trainer who is passionate about helping businesses develop the potential of their people. The essential criteria for the role are:

  • Significant commercial experience in training and development delivery
  • Experience using psychometric instruments in an organisational setting, preferably the MBTI® and 16PF® personality questionnaires
  • An MSc in Occupational Psychology (or similar)
  • Experience with e-learning or blended learning approaches is desirable.

The flexibility to travel and stay away from home is required, although many of the courses take place in Oxford and the southeast. There is an occasional need to travel within Europe.

OPP offers a challenging and rewarding working environment, with significant opportunities for additional development.

OPP values diversity and promotes equality.

Recognised as an Investor in People, we strive to ensure every member of the team feels valued and enjoys working at OPP. We offer a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package including pension, health insurance, life assurance, sick pay, generous holiday entitlement and eligibility for profit-share bonus. As OPP truly believes in developing their own staff, you will be supported during your time with us to help you achieve your career objectives including access to training courses as well as regular appraisals.
