Job title: Learning Operations Coordinator

Reports to: Learning Operations Team Leader
OPP is an international business psychology consultancy with two decades of experience in our industry. We currently have offices in Oxford, Amsterdam, Brussels, Copenhagen, Dublin, Paris and a subsidiary in the US.

Overall purpose: This position is part of a team that provides an administrative support service to OPP Ltd's training operation in the UK and Europe.

Principal accountabilities:

Assisting with training bookings and ensuring that course administration, venues, materials and greeting services are all performed effectively. This will require seeking confirmation of provisional bookings and acknowledging the receipt of confirmed bookings; checking delegates' eligibility for workshops; overseeing the administration of fieldwork, essays and examination marking as necessary.

Additional duties include invoicing, keeping accurate records, maintaining stocks of workshop materials and collating all materials required on workshops and occasional reception cover as required (e.g. lunchtimes, breaks etc).

Desirable Qualities:

Applicants should have proven administration experience in a coordination role, preferably within a professional services environment. Team work and a client focus are essential to the success of this role and candidates will be asked to demonstrate their ability in these areas at interview.
