Where the MBTI Step I instrument gives individuals and organisations powerful information about their differences, the MBTI Step II questionnaire takes this one step further to provide depth and insight into those findings.
By breaking down each of the four MBTI preferences into a further five facets, it provides more information on the differences between individuals with the same type preferences, and the similarities between those with different type preferences.
It replaces Form K: Expanded Analysis Report (EAR) and uses a fuller set of questions and a complex computer scoring program.
