This one-day workshop builds upon the extensive knowledge gained from your qualifying training and develops the skills and experience you need to help groups address issues in a team environment.

Practical exercises and materials are used to give you the confidence to tackle common issues such as improving communication, resolving conflict and solving problems.

Plan and design a team event

• work with team leaders to set objectives
• plan formats and timings which integrate the MBTI instrument

Diagnose a team's needs

• understand the needs of the team you are working with
• use type to explore team dynamics

Facilitate effectively

• how to run exercises with MBTI focus
• what to observe, how and when to use feedback

Action plan and continue development

• processes for action planning
• methods for following up

Prerequisites

To attend this workshop you must have successfully completed one of the following:

• MBTI Qualifying workshop
• MBTI Conversion workshop
• Level B workshop with OPP
