OPPassessment update: changes to the TKI Profile and Interpretive Report
The current TKI Profile and Interpretive Report on OPPassessment has been replaced with an updated version.
21 September 2007
The revised norm sample is composed of 4,000 men and 4,000 women, aged 20 to 70, who were employed full time in the United States. In addition to reflecting the revised norm sample and scoring, the Profile and Interpretive Report is more personalised and easier to read.
- Each conflict-handling mode is presented in the order of scoring (ie the mode with the strongest preference will be reported first).
- The highest-scoring conflict mode is now explained in more detail. There are two additional sections for the highest-scoring mode: (1) a behavioural description of the particular style and (2) contributions of the style.
There is no change to the price of this report, which remains at £16.
