Product update: TKI Self-Scorable Question and Answer Booklet

The current Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) Self-Scorable Question and Answer Booklet (TK0003) in English has been updated.

30 November 2007

The updated version includes:

• Revised norm sample composed of 4,000 men and 4,000 women, aged between 20 and 70 (all in full-time employment in the United States)
• Updated English version (as of 30 November)
• Additional language versions to be updated per upcoming reprint schedules.

Additionally, the TKI questionnaire is now available on OPPassessment, OPP’s online system for administering and scoring questionnaires. It is accompanied by an in-depth 12-page electronic report: the TKI Profile and Interpretive Report, which aids interpretation of results and explores uses of each conflict mode. The updated version is available online now!
