OPP sponsors Learning and Development category at 2008 People Management Award

OPP is proud to be the category sponsor of the Learning and Development category at this year’s People Management Award. OPP's sponsorship of this category reflects our continued commitment to developing individuals and teams through our consultancy services and the application of psychometric tools.

The Learning and Development category award celebrates the strong link between learning and development and business growth. The winner will have excelled in creating an organisational culture in which training and learning will continue to flourish, and in creating a learning culture that allow individuals to strive towards a common goal.

The annual award, with 3 categories in addition to Learning and Development, is orgnized by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and People Management magazine. The annual programme, with 'Sustaining High Performance' as the 2008 theme, honours outstanding achievement in the field of people management and development.

The awards dinner takes place 17 September during the CIPD Annual Conference and Exhibition, in Harrogate, Yorkshire (16-18 September, 2008).
