OPP can customise the 16PF® Competency Report suite in four ways, to form part of a talent management programme, selection or promotion decisions, or a leadership development initiative:

    Simply choose from the OPP model the competencies that reflect your organisation's leadership profile, and we create a report that measures individuals against these competencies.
  2. Customised
    You provide details of the competencies you want to measure, and we create a bespoke report, written in the vocabulary of your own competency model.
  3. Job-bespoke
    We work with you to identify what qualities define success in a particular role or level in your organisation. This 'success profile' is then mapped against the 16PF questionnaire so you can directly measure the candidate against what's required.
  4. Totally tailored
    We consult with you directly on the optimal report content for your purpose and audience, drawing on our vast menu of existing material, as well as incorporating original content.
